1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data of visitors and users of the website https://gethome.pro (the “Website”), and of individuals who contact us by phone, email, messaging apps or social media.
1.2. The data controller is GETHOME ASIA CO., LTD. (บริษัท เก็ทโฮม เอเชีย จำกัด), a company incorporated on 7 October 2025 under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, juristic person registration number 0835568021565 (“GetHome”, the “Operator”, “we”, “us”).
1.3. We operate as a real estate agency on the island of Phuket, Thailand: property selection, consulting, arranging viewings, support of purchase and rental transactions, and investment analytics.
1.4. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (the “PDPA”). Where applicable, we also observe the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) with respect to data subjects in the EEA and the United Kingdom, and the principles of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” with respect to citizens of the Russian Federation.
1.5. By using the Website, submitting any form on it (including by ticking the checkbox “I consent to the processing of my personal data and accept the terms of the Personal Data Processing Policy”), or contacting us through the channels listed on the Website, you confirm that you have read this Policy and accept its terms. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use the Website or provide your personal data to us.
1.6. By providing personal data to us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Definitions
– Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).
– Processing — any operation performed on personal data: collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, disclosure (transfer, provision, access), anonymisation, restriction, erasure or destruction.
– Operator (data controller) — the person which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
– Processor — a person that processes personal data on behalf of the Operator.
– User — any visitor of the Website and/or person contacting the Operator.
– Cookies — small text files stored on the User’s device when visiting the Website.
– Cross-border transfer — a transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state.
3. What Personal Data We Process
3.1. Data you provide directly:
– name (and surname, if provided);
– phone number;
– email address;
– preferred messenger and your identifier in it (Telegram, WhatsApp);
– the content of your enquiry: property preferences, budget, purpose of purchase, comments;
– data required to prepare and support a transaction (clients only): passport details, address, payment details — to the extent necessary for reserving a unit, entering into agreements with the developer and legal support of the transaction.
3.2. Data collected automatically when you visit the Website:
– IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen resolution;
– pages visited, time and duration of the visit, referral source and UTM tags;
– cookie identifiers and similar technologies;
– Website preferences: language, currency, list of favourite properties.
3.3. Communications data: the content of emails and messenger messages sent to the Operator.
3.4. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (information about health, religious or political views, etc.) or criminal records data, and we ask you not to send us such information.
4. How We Collect Personal Data
– forms on the Website: “Get a consultation”, “Request a selection”, newsletter subscription;
– enquiries by phone, email (info@gethome.pro), WhatsApp, Telegram and social media;
– automatically when you visit the Website (cookies, web analytics tools);
– from partners (developers, co-agents, property platforms) where the data is shared with us on a lawful basis;
– in person, during meetings and property viewings.
5. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing
We process personal data only for specific, pre-defined purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve them.

6. Cookies and Web Analytics
6.1. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies of the following categories:
– essential — required for the Website to function: session support, storing the selected language and currency, the favourites list;
– analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Website; deployed via Google Tag Manager: Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica;
– marketing — advertising platform pixels that may be used to show relevant advertising and for remarketing.
6.2. You can manage cookies and block their storage in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the operation of certain features of the Website.
6.3. Analytics providers receive data primarily in anonymised form and process it under their own privacy policies (Google, Yandex, etc.).
7. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
7.1. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing:
– with developers and co-agents — to arrange viewings, reservations and execution of the transaction on the property you have selected;
– with service providers (processors) acting on our instructions: hosting provider, CRM system, email delivery services, messengers, analytics tools — under agreements requiring confidentiality and data protection;
– with legal and tax advisers and banks — as part of transaction support;
– with public authorities — where expressly required by applicable law.
7.2. The Website may contain links to external resources (developers’ websites, messengers, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for data processing on such resources; please review their privacy policies.
8. Cross-Border Transfers of Personal Data
8.1. Personal data is processed primarily in the Kingdom of Thailand. Certain service providers (hosting, analytics, CRM, email services) may process data on servers located in other jurisdictions (EEA, USA, etc.).
8.2. For cross-border transfers we take measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection: contractual obligations with recipients, transfers to jurisdictions with a sufficient level of protection, or obtaining your consent where required by applicable law.
8.3. For users from the Russian Federation. The Kingdom of Thailand is included in the list of foreign states ensuring adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Order of Roskomnadzor No. 128 dated 5 August 2022). Transfers of personal data of Russian citizens to Thailand are carried out in compliance with Article 12 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006.
8.4. By providing personal data via the Website or other communication channels of the Operator, a user located in the Russian Federation confirms that they have been informed of, and consent to, the processing of their personal data in the Kingdom of Thailand under the terms of this Policy.
9. Data Retention Periods
– enquiry and lead data — up to 3 years from the last interaction;
– client transaction data — for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the periods required by Thai law (generally up to 10 years for transaction documents and at least 5 years for accounting records);
– marketing data — until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe);
– web analytics data — generally no longer than 26 months.
Upon expiry of these periods, personal data is deleted or anonymised.
10. Rights of the Data Subject
Under applicable law, you have the right to:
– obtain confirmation that your data is being processed, access your data and receive a copy of it;
– request rectification (correction) of inaccurate or incomplete data;
– request erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”);
– request restriction (blocking) of processing;
– receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller (data portability);
– object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling;
– withdraw your consent to processing at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it;
– opt out of marketing communications — via the “unsubscribe” link in an email or by sending us a request.
To exercise your rights, send a request to info@gethome.pro with the subject line “Personal data”. We will respond within a reasonable time not exceeding 30 days from receipt of the request, and we may ask you to verify your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Thailand — with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC); data subjects in the EEA — with the supervisory authority of their place of residence; citizens of the Russian Federation — with Roskomnadzor.
11. Data Security
We implement legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and dissemination: secure connection (HTTPS), access controls, access limited to authorised personnel, confidentiality agreements with processors, and periodic review of security measures. However, no transmission of information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure; you provide your data at your own risk.
12. Personal Data of Minors
The Website and the Operator’s services are not directed at persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we become aware that such data has been received, it will be deleted without delay.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. A new version takes effect upon its publication on the Website, unless the new version provides otherwise. The current version of the Policy is permanently available on the Website on this page; the date of the latest update is indicated at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
14. Governing Law
This Policy and all matters arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Thailand.
