The project is deliberately low: eight residential buildings of four floors and a three-storey clubhouse on a 9,821.60 sq.m plot. There are 210 one- and two-bedroom units from 30 to 87 sq.m, with 2.60-metre ceilings. The architecture follows a modern contemporary Mediterranean theme, and the low height means few apartments per floor.

Even so, there are 27 shared facilities.
