Retail units on site The project consists of eight seven-storey buildings, A to H, plus a separate clubhouse with parking; the retail units are on the ground floor of building A. Eight separate buildings rather than a single tower mean intimate lobbies and green courtyards between them instead of one shared entrance for the whole development. The range runs from a 30 sq.m one-bedroom to a 128 sq.m three-bedroom penthouse, with balconies and open-plan living and kitchen areas.
The main shared space is on top: the Sky Pool with its pavilion and bar occupies the roof, overlooking the sunset.
