The Title Cielo Rawai

The Title Cielo Rawai is a unique blend of Mediterranean aesthetics and the southern charm of Phuket. The project is located in a quiet and picturesque part of Rawai — a place where panoramic sunsets, sea breezes, and the authentic atmosphere of a fishing village create a distinctive rhythm of life. Inspired by the beauty of the Amalfi Coast, the complex embodies a harmony of form, texture, and natural tones. White facades, elegant arches, stone elements, and warm earthy colors make the architecture both airy and expressive.

The interiors are designed in a contemporary Mediterranean style with Western and Euro-Asian accents: natural materials, a soft color palette, and decorative elements created by local artists reflect Phuket’s cultural traditions and create an atmosphere of lightness and comfort.

Set on a land area of 8,330 sq.m, the project consists of four low-rise buildings (A–D) housing 171 apartments, with a thoughtfully planned mix of indoor and outdoor amenities. The development offers 15 types of facilities, including numerous pools with diverse concepts — from beach and relaxation pools to organic and “sky” pools — as well as coworking spaces, a tea room, a children’s area, a library, a fitness center, a cinema, and rooftop relaxation areas with sunset views. The landscape design is carefully crafted: sensory and Mediterranean gardens, natural materials, and earthy colors create an atmosphere of tranquility and comfortable living.
